SPINACH SALAD SUPREME | |
10 (16 oz.) pkgs. spinach 12 (16 oz.) pkgs. mushrooms, sliced 10 slices cooked crisp bacon 1/2 pkg. alfalfa sprouts 6 eggs, optional 2/3 c. chopped pecans 1 red onion, optional Wash spinach thoroughly and clip stems; let drain. Wash and slice mushrooms. Mix first 4 ingredients. Add pecans. If eggs or onion are desired, slice thinly and arrange artistically on top. Make salad dressing or use Italian dressing. |
