PRIZE WINNING GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. string beans
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
4 drops peanut oil (hot if desired)

Break beans into 1 1/2 inch pieces and drop into boiling water to cover for 10 minutes. Drain and float in ice water until ready to use. Mix other ingredients for dressing. Toss beans and dressing together before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings. This dressing is good with any leftover cooked vegetables, i.e. cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.
