SALMON SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) can Libby's salmon
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Drain and flake salmon. Add other ingredients and toss slightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve over lettuce. This also makes an excellent sandwich filling. 4 servings.
