SALMON VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 to 1 1/4 lb. broccoli
1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. salted peanuts

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets. Steam cauliflower 5 minutes. Add broccoli last 1 or 2 minutes. Cool. Drain salmon. Break into chunks, discarding skin and bones.

Place lettuce in glass serving bowl. Top with cauliflower, broccoli, salmon, frozen peas. Blend mayonnaise and curry. Spread over top of all. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serves 6 to 8.
