TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Bake in casserole dish about 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
