TATERS AND CHOPS 
4-5 pork chops
3-4 med. peeled potatoes
1-2 onions
1 can Campbell's soup (celery or mushroom)
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chips in oil; slice taters (scalloped style). Place in a layer in a oven baking dish. Slice onions (scalloped) separated into rings. Place on top of taters. Salt and pepper. Now place pork chops on top layer. Mix soup and water together. Pour over all three layers. Cover the dish, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (until taters are done).
