SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
Approx. 12 sweet Italian sausages
2 med. onions
3 lg. green peppers
8 oz. can Hunts tomato sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. juice from boiling sausage water
Sweet basil to taste
Oregano to taste

Boil sausage until almost done, then chop sausage and put in roasting pan. Add chopped onion, peppers, water, lemon juice and sauce. If desired add olive oil instead of water. Mix well and sprinkle basil and oregano to taste. 350 degree oven until green peppers taste done, about an hour or so.
