HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped or ground red or green hot peppers
1 1/2 c. chopped or coarsely ground sweet green peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Mix peppers, sugar, and vinegar and bring to a brisk boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add pectin and boil for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and let set 5 minutes. Put into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Jelly may be strained if completely clear jelly is desired.
