HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped red or green hot pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle liquid pectin
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. vinegar

Grind pepper on fine blade of food chopper. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar, bring to a brisk boil for 30 minutes. Add pectin and boil for 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal. Jelly may be strained if desired.
