FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut
1 pie shell (unbaked)

Mix all ingredients except pie shell. Pour in pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 325 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool. Store in refrigerator.
