QUICHE 
1 (9 or 10 inch) raw pie shell
8 whole eggs
1/2 c. cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 med. onion, chopped
5 slices American cheese

Whip eggs and cream. Saute bacon and onion. Drain fat. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into shell. Place cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until golden.
