DANISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 grated onion
1/2 c. whole milk
Season to taste with pepper, allspice

Mix all ingredients. Brown meatballs on top of stove, then place in baking dish. Pour gravy over (creamed soups, such as celery or mushrooms work well). Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
