3 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. water
12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
12 oz. pkg. hot sausage (like Jimmy Dean)
7 to 12 drops Tabasco

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Freeze until party time. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve hot.
