SUMMER SAUSAGE | |
2 lbs. lean hamburger 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. water 2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 2 tbsp. salt Mix well. Make 2 rolls. Wrap in tin foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Put in pan to bake, foil seam on top. Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. Drain any liquid after baking that may be in the roll. Put back in foil. Cool. Should be firm for slicing. |
