FRIED BOW COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. melted butter
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Remove to pastry board and knead dough until smooth and then roll it thin. With raviola wheel (pastry wheel) cut sheets into strips that are 6" long and 1" wide.

Make slit in center of each strip lengthwise. Pass one end thru slit and gently pull all the way thru until it looks like a bowl. Repeat with each strip. Work quickly so dough will not dry out. Fry about 10 at a time in vegetable oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and honey.
