1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 5 Granny Smith or MacIntosh apples 3/4 stick butter Cinnamon Slice and peel apples. Lay in pan, do not butter pan. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Beat egg and add to above. Spread crumb mixture over apples. Melt butter and pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. | |
