1/2 lb. button mushrooms
1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
Butter as required
Baked potatoes

Saute mushrooms until tender; mix bread crumbs, eggs, cheese, tomatoes thoroughly. Place mushrooms in a greased, deep oven-proof dish and spread with cheese mixture. Brown in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
