1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Blend together and gradually add water and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream or brownies.
