Combine 1 pound ground round steak, 1 cup soft bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Form into six round cakes. Wrap strip of bacon around each cake and fasten with toothpick. Brown steaks and cook until done. Just before removing from skillet, pour 2 tablespoons ketchup over each steak.
