PEANUT SOUP 
4 c. chicken or beef broth
2 carrots, peeled and cut in long strips
1/2 c. peas
2-3 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 c. raw peanuts
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with fresh minced parsley

Add carrots, peas, and potatoes to broth and cook until almost done. Place raw peanuts in blender with milk and grind finely. Add to broth and vegetables and simmer another 30 minutes.

This is a very tasty and nutritious soup from Bolivia, South America.
