SQUASH AND PEANUT BUTTER SOUP 
1 butternut squash (2 lbs.)
4 c. chicken broth
1 lg. tart apple
1 lg. onion

Boil until tender.

Add: 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste

I use almond butter and love it. In blender puree 2 cups at a time. Return to pot and stir in 1/2 cup cream (opt. I don't).
