4 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 3 c. sugar Combine above in mixing bowl; set aside. 2 c. oil 5 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Beat together. Add: Dry ingredients 6 c. finely shredded carrots 2 c. crushed pineapple Also will need: 1 1/2 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans Pour into 3 round 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
