LAMB LUXURY 
2 to 4 lamb shanks
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Flour

Rub lamb with salt, pepper, garlic, and flour. Wrap in foil, sealing ends. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/4 hours. Serve with mint jelly. Yield: 4 servings.
