SWEET AND SAVORY MEATLOAF 
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1 onion, diced or put in a food processor
1 bell pepper (any color except green), diced or put in a food processor
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F

Very lightly coat loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) or cooking oil.

In a large mixing bowl add: Worcestershire sauce, eggs, milk and ketchup. Stir well.

Then add salt, onion, bell pepper, and bread crumbs. Stir well.

Finally add the ground beef and use your hands to blend all ingredients into a paste.

Add the mixture into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.

Bake until internal temperature reaches 160°F, about 2 hours.

Bonus: During last half hour of cooking spread a bit of ketchup on top to coat the loaf using the back of a spoon and continue to cook until done.

Cool and serve.
