CHICKEN BURRITOS 
3-4 lb. whole chicken
1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 tbsp. Mexican spice or taco sauce
Broth
Salt and pepper

Wash chicken, put in deep pot, cover with water. Bring to boil. Simmer until tender and meat comes off bone. Debone and shred. Stir fry garlic, green pepper and onion in olive oil until soft. Add shredded chicken and broth (enough to hold together) and spice, salt and pepper. Spoon chicken mixture on warm tortillas and roll.
