CHICKEN BURRITOS 
4 cans Swanson's white chicken chunks or 2-3 cooked, chopped chicken breasts
1 lg. jar Pace Picante sauce (mild or med.)
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Jalapeno pepper slices or green chilies (optional)

Mix together chicken and picante sauce. Put equal amounts of mixture into each tortilla. Roll up and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together sour cream and soup. Pour over tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with pepper slices if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

This recipe is one of the best burritos or even enchiladas can be made thru this recipe, that I have ever tasted. I am in my fifties and wish we would have known about this recipe growing up. I highly recommend you to try this but follow instructions to the letter.. you won't be sorry!
