KALE SOUP 
1 c. kidney beans
1 lb. choico or linguisa
2 heads of kale or 2 pkgs. frozen
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cubed potatoes

Soak beans overnight and drain. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, with 10 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook gently 2-3 hours. Add potatoes with one cup of water - continue cooking for 1 more hour.
