KATIE'S HOLIDAY SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tall slim can crushed pineapple
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 c. mashed bananas
1 pt. sour cream

Mix Jello; add fruit. Strain off half Jello into a 9 x 13 inch glass baking pan and place in refrigerator to chill. Set aside other half. When chilled portion is firm, spread sour cream on top. Then carefully spoon remaining Jello and fruit mix on top. Chill.
