3 c. sweet potatoes (mashed, cooked)
2/3 can canned evaporated milk (6 oz. can)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Miniature marshmallows

Combine potatoes, milk, brown sugar, butter, eggs and salt. Mix well. Pour in greased 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. Top with marshmallows and broil until marshmallows are light brown (marshmallows brown in seconds). Serves 8.
