APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. orange juice or 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Put the juice over the peeled, sliced apples and set aside.

TOPPING:

1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter

Mix the dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Sprinkle topping over apples and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
