CHERRY PIE DESSERT 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nutmeats
1/2 c. coconut
1 can drained sour pitted pie cherries

CRUST: Blend butter, powdered sugar and flour together. Press in bottom of small 7"x11" cake pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Slightly beat egg yolks; add sugar, flour and baking powder that have been mixed together. Add vanilla. Fold in nutmeats, coconut and cherries. Pour over baked crust and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
