APRICOT SALAD 
1 lg. box apricot Jello
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 lg. crushed pineapple
2 lg. bananas
1 pkg. Dream Whip
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
Coconut
Pecans
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix Jello according to directions. Set aside (in refrigerator) to thicken. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows to Jello.

Take pineapple juice, sugar, eggs, cornstarch and cook until thickens. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Place in refrigerator until cool. Spread over Jello. Then prepare Dream Whip according to directions and cover salad. Sprinkle nuts and coconut over top.
