KUGUELIS (POTATO PUDDING) 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 very lg. yellow onion, chopped
5 eggs
1/4 c. cream
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Grate potatoes in a food processor. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Spray quiche pan well with a non-stick coating. Pan can be filled very full. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center feels tender.
