LIME AND ORANGE CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves, skin removed
1 tbsp. minced red onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Whisk together lime juice, orange juice and olive oil. Place the chicken in a glass pan and pour the marinade over. Sprinkle with red onion and basil. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes or refrigerate for longer marination.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a rack in a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees 30-35 minutes. Baste once with the marinade during the cooking time. Serves 4.
