1 egg
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 oz. Muenster cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together using 1/2 cheese. Pour into 8 inch well greased pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese on top melts.
