1 prepared Oreo cookie pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
3 drops green food coloring
1 pkg. Keebler grasshopper cookies, crushed (or your brand of choice)

Reserve 6 whole cookies for garnish. Crush remaining cookies in a Ziploc bag.

Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip, food coloring and crushed cookies. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, overnight is best.

Place remaining cookies sideways into top in a circle. Serve cold.
