BANANA NUT BREAD 
2/3 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add dry ingredients alternately with evaporated milk; add flavorings and pecans. Fold in bananas.

Divide equally into two 9 inch loaf pans that have been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
