PARTY PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
Desired filling

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball (1 minute), remove from heat. Beat in eggs, continue beating until smooth. Drop by scant tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheets.

Note: Bake until golden brown. Cool. Cut off tops. Pull out any soft dough, fill with cream filling, tuna salad, shrimp salad or whatever you like. So easy and soooo good.
