MUSHROOM GRAVY 
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 onions, diced
3/4 c. soy tamari, or shoyu sauce
6 c. mushrooms, sliced
6 to 7 c. water

Heat oil and saute onions and mushrooms. Mix flour with water. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring often, then simmer uncovered over medium heat for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
