CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
8 oz. pkg. noodles
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
3 c. diced cooked chicken
Sm. can mushroom pieces
Salt to taste

Cook noodles. Blend soup and chicken broth (or leftover gravy can be used). Put layer of noodles in greased casserole and half of chicken, peas, mushrooms, cheese and soup mixture. Do this ending up with cheese. Bake one hour at 350 degrees--longer if you like it browner.

Turkey may be used instead of chicken.

2 teaspoons of instant bouillon may be used in 2 cups of boiling water instead of chicken broth.
