PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box deluxe white cake mix 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding 5 eggs 1 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. water Combine cake mix and two boxes of pistachio pudding and mix well. Make hole in center of mixture and add eggs, oil, milk and water; mix well. Pour batter into a tube pan that has been well floured and greased. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Do not open oven. ICING: 1 med. sized container Cool Whip 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix Mix together. After this is mixed thoroughly, spread over cool cake and serve. |
