PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. ginger ale
1 box pistachio pudding
1/2 c. crushed walnuts

Mix together cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add nuts, ginger ale, and pudding mix until well mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box pistachio pudding
Coconut
Nuts

Combine Cool Whip and pistachio pudding. Frost cake and top with coconut and nuts.
