BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 box blueberry muffin mix with real blueberries
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. oil

Drain blueberries. Rinse and set aside. In medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, flour and baking powder. Stir in water, egg and oil. Mix until well blended. Stir in blueberries. Pour batter onto preheated, lightly greased griddle. Cook until bubbly on top. Turn and cook until golden brown.
