STRAWBERRY AND SPINACH SALAD 
10 oz. fresh spinach, torn into bite sized pieces (8 c.)
2 c. sliced, fresh strawberries
Sour Cream Dressing for fruit
Shredded coconut (optional)

Gently toss spinach and strawberries in salad bowl. Serve with dressing, tossing if desired or garnish with shredded coconut.

SOUR CREAM DRESSING:

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom or nutmeg

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.
