1 bunch spinach
1 bunch Romaine or leaf lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
6 slices bacon, cooked & diced
1/2 pkg. croutons (toastettes)
1 c. sliced strawberries or substitute bunch of radishes

DRESSING:

1/2 sm. grated onion
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. oil

Slice strawberries or radishes. Tear spinach and lettuce leaves, dice eggs. Mix together just before serving. Add croutons and dressing. Toss!
