PISTACHIO NUT CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Cake Mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box royal instant pistachio nut pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter flavored Wesson oil

Mix all ingredients together and mix 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 batter into ungreased angel food pan. Sprinkle with: 1/2 cup chopped pecans (small bag), 3 tablespoons sugar, and 1 full teaspoon cinnamon. Work into batter. Add the second half of batter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool completely before removing from pan.
