1 c. peanut butter (plain or chunky)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Trust me. This is all you need. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Press each ball out flat with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until set.
