1 c. peanut butter (crunchy or plain)
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix together all ingredients and roll into small balls place on greased cookie sheet. Mash with fork. Bake until firm about 10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen. Bake at 350 degrees.
