SAVORY BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 lb. haddock or cod
Salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/16 tsp. black pepper
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Dissolve mustard in water. Add to mayonnaise along with next 4 ingredients. Spread on fish. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with sprinkling of paprika and serve. Serves 6.
