TUNA PATE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained

Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion, and hot sauce. Gradually stir in tuna. Beat until thoroughly blended. Pack in 4 cups mold. Chill. Garnish with sliced green olives.
